REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges
🔹 No returns or refunds will be applicable for products purchased during a sale.
🔹 Exchanges are permitted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition or if an incorrect item is sent. Any such issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing contact@chottuchottifashions.com with the necessary details.
🔹 To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
🔹 To initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@chottuchottifasions.com with your order ID, product details, and images of the defect or incorrect item. If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
🔹 Customers are responsible for shipping the product for exchange. Additional charges may apply based on the exchanged product’s design and size. Shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
🔹 Before placing an order, kindly check our size chart to ensure you select the correct size.

🔹 Replacement is only applicable for damaged items.
🔹 An unpacking video is mandatory for any damage claims.
🔹 We do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
No Exchange or Return are applicable for products bought from the OFFER ZONE or during the SALE period. Exchanges are allowed only if the product received is damaged or incorrect
In the event of a technical error where sold-out items were mistakenly available for order, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
Additionally, if the last few stocks are found to be damaged during our final quality check before packing, those items will not be shipped. The affected orders will be canceled and refunded accordingly.
✅ Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days after initiation.
✅ The amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
❗ Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Cancellation
❌ Orders cannot be canceled after placement.
🔹 If you made an error while ordering, such as selecting the wrong size or entering the wrong address, please email us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
