REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

No returns or refund is applicable for products bought on sale.

Only exchanges are allowed only if the product is received in a damaged condition or the wrong product is sent. This will need to be informed within 3 days of delivery by e-mailing information to contact@chottuchottifasions.com

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@chottuchottifasions.com. Send your order ID number, details of the product, and the image of the product or the part of the defective product image. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items for exchange can be shipped by the customer or a pickup label can be requested for the same. The pickup label will be generated at a charge of Rs. 100.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Before ordering kindly check our size chart to choose the right size. If you have any doubts in selecting the size contact our customer care or DM us on Instagram. We are happy to assist you in choosing the right size. Replacement is applicable only on damaged items. Unpacking video is required for any damage claims.

We do not accept returns or refunds unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Only exchanges are allowed unless and otherwise, the product is received damaged or the wrong product is sent.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Our refund takes around 10 to 15 working days after initiating the same you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Cancellation

We aim to keep in stock every product displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable due to any reason, we will inform you via email within 2  working days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, you will have the option of either substituting your product with a same or higher priced product or cancelling the order. In case of cancellations, a refund will be initiated accordingly.
