As all products are ordered after the final decision of the customer, we do not accept requests for cancellation of the orders or the return of items, unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us and send your order ID number, details of the product, and the image of the product or the part of the defective product image. We will review and get back to you if the item qualifies for a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unused, in its original condition, and packaging intact. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags.
Replacements:
Before ordering kindly check our size chart to choose the right size. If you have any doubts in selecting the size contact our customer care or DM us on Instagram. We are happy to assist you in choosing the right size. Replacement is applicable only on damaged items. Unpacking video is required for any damage claims.
We do not accept returns or refunds unless it is a manufacturing defect.
